• If project delays occur due to client-side reasons (e.g., missing content, delayed feedback), Grand Cafe Advertising reserves the right to adjust timelines or charge additional fees.

• In case of cancellation before project commencement, partial refunds may be issued after deducting administrative and consultation fees.

• Approved refund will be processed and credited with in 7 days

5. Client Responsibilities

• Clients must provide accurate information, required materials, and timely feedback to ensure smooth project delivery.

• Grand Cafe Advertising is not responsible for delays resulting from incomplete client inputs or approvals.

• The client agrees not to use any designs, marketing assets, or developed content for illegal, unethical, or misleading purposes.

6. Project Delivery Timeline and Delay Policy

• Project timelines are provided in the proposal and depend on client cooperation and timely input.

• Delays caused by the client (content submission, approvals, or payment delays) will extend the overall project delivery schedule.

• If the client becomes inactive or unresponsive for more than 30 days, the project will be considered on hold.

• Reinstating a project after such a hold may incur a reactivation fee.

7. Intellectual Property

• All creative materials, designs, source code, and content created by Grand Cafe Advertising remain our property until full payment is received.

• Upon full payment, ownership of final deliverables is transferred to the client, except for any third-party tools, plugins, or stock resources used.

• We reserve the right to display completed projects, designs, or campaigns in our portfolio or marketing materials unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

8. Third-Party Services

• Some services may involve third-party tools (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Ads, hosting, or analytics).

• Grand Cafe Advertising is not responsible for the performance, policy changes, or service interruptions of third-party platforms.

• Clients are responsible for maintaining their own third-party accounts and adhering to their respective terms and conditions.

9. Limitation of Liability

• Grand Cafe Advertising shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

• We do not guarantee specific outcomes such as leads, conversions, rankings, or revenue improvements, as results depend on multiple external factors.

• Our total liability in any claim shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for that specific service.

10. Confidentiality

• Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality regarding business information, data, and project materials shared during the collaboration.

• Client data will not be shared with any third party without prior consent, except as required by law or service operations.

11. Revisions and Delivery

• Revisions will be provided as per the terms stated in the project proposal.

• Any additional revisions beyond the agreed number may incur additional charges.

• Once the final deliverables are approved and handed over, any further edits or changes will be treated as a new task or project.

12. Termination

• Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice if the other party violates the terms stated herein.

• Upon termination, the client must pay for all work completed up to that date.

• In cases of breach or non-payment, Grand Cafe Advertising reserves the right to withhold deliverables or remove access to hosted assets.

13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, and any disputes arising hereunder shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Thrissur, Kerala.

14. Updates to Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time without prior notice. The updated version will be posted on our website with the new effective date.
